I just wanted to let you all know that we have now run two days worth of Corian with extremely good results,
the parts are accurate and have a very smooth finish. With the final stage of troubleshooting and adjustments
that were done yesterday (thanks to all or your efforts and expertise), we are now able to run our Corian
in a single pass (no rough pass on the seams) at a feed rate of 250 and get the results we need from our C. R.
Onsrud 144G12 router to keep everyone happy. Assuming that we can maintain this quality - we are quite pleased
with the routers performance.
Just wanted to express our gratitude to all of you for making this a high priority and getting us back to
where we needed to be in the shortest amount of time possible.
